A bit about me

I’m Kerri Major, a UK HCPC Registered Dietitian specialising in sports nutrition.

I have a huge passion for supporting athletes - the every day to the elite - to understand how to fuel themselves appropriately to optimise their health and performance.

I have always loved sport & exercise but have also been on my own journey with nutrition and fitness over the years, at one point (before going to university), thinking that our “diet and exercise” was just something we had to do to influence that number on the scales. For a while, this drained any enjoyment out of food and exercise for me - something I had previously loved.

This is exactly what has driven me to study sports nutrition, become a personal trainer and develop the EMPOWER programme - a nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching programme designed to help you learn how to fuel, nourish and move your body with intent to look, feel and perform your best.

It’s truly THE programme I wish I had 10 years ago… and its everything I’ve learned condensed into the most important, actionable steps you need to get healthier, fitter, stronger and more confident.
